Electronic Lead Retrieval System Order Form – May 20-21, 2008

The Supply Side is pleased to offer our exhibitors a truly state of the art electronic lead retrieval system.

ESP2 is a portable device based on Pocket PC mobile technology allowing you to move about your booth without the need for a base station connection. This battery-powered unit scans data from an attendee badge, displays it and stores your lead information. You can view all leads on the device in your booth.

You can identify a number of pre-defined follow-up options concerning the lead. We can customize these follow-up options for an additional fee if you have unique requirements (please contact us before the order deadline). You can even type a brief comment, store graphic data or even voice comments into each lead record. All of the data is available to you instantly. Leads can be downloaded during the show in your booth or hotel at any time. At the conclusion of the show you will not have to wait in line to get your data, you will have access to your leads via the internet with a password-protected access you can view, download and analyze your data.

Please reserve your lead retrieval system now...as there are only a limited numbers of units available! The non-refundable rental fee for the ESP2™ terminal is $350 per unit for pre-show orders and $450 for orders thereafter (if equipment is available).

Pre-show orders must be received by May 1, 2008. All orders must be accompanied by payment in full or may be charged to a major credit card. Please make checks payable to Expo Information Systems, Inc. or fill in all charge information below. Lead retrieval units must be picked up by the exhibitor at the Lead Retrieval Pick-Up counter in the exhibitor registration area and returned to the same area. A $50 per-unit pick-up charge will be applied for units not returned within one hour of show closing. Lost or damaged units will be charged a replacement fee of $1,500.00.
